Week 8 against eating
Monday: 10k AM Easy, easy 14k
AM Tue: 9k easy to work; 15k with 8 * 500 m high hill in
2:05 to 2:10 Wed: 15k easy
Do: 7,5 k easy to work, 15.5 k 7k HM pace;
Fri: 7,5 k easy to work; 9.5 k 6 * 10 sec sprint hill
Sat: 36k @ 5:00
Sun: break; yoga and Strengthening planned
hard week with 140k in 6 days. I'm after the big run last Sunday never really recovered and felt this was more equivocal. The rest day tomorrow I'm sorely needed, strengthening and yoga are but once again urgently needed.
was on Monday forced the second round rather than easy. The hill repeats on Tuesday I ran more non-full pipe and on Thursday were actually 8k pace planned, but I do not habs overdo it, because I was simply tired. I've been sleeping this week anyway rather little. The long run today, then ran at very slow, but the end was not even really a lot tougher. This as a positive Notzi this week ..
The next 3 days are very quiet, on Wednesday evening will be 10k in Bokel on the program. Good track with hopefully a few quick people.
